Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the mail account you want to forward electronic mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
